Exercise for Kids!
Introduction: As we do activities in class you will be
doing some type of exercise to be physically fit and healthy. The exercise we do is incorporated into the
games and activities we do everyday. The
website you will be looking at will explain to kids why you should exercise and
how it can be fun. It also explains how
exercise is good for your body and the different types of exercise there
are.

Activity: You need to read the article “Why Exercise is
Cool” once you get to the website. After
reading the article you need to answer the questions below that match a handout
I have given you. Write your answers on
the handout to be turned in next class.
