 COLD WAR

GEOGRAPHY

Geography is essential to the study of history because it brings an understanding of where events happened and possibly why.  We already know the Cold War was all about the two heavily armed camps of East versus West and that multiple countries and parts of the globe were involved in this confrontation.  Click on either the Russian or US outline to get started.  The link will bring you to a list of interactive maps.  Your assignment is to view the maps for “Marshall Plan: 1947-1952” and “Vietnam: 1954-1968” and then click on the Globe above that will lead you to a list of questions to be answered.
