Artsonia.comThis site, dedicated to using the internet to "unleash" creativity and bring technology into the classroom, hosts an online "museum" that accepts submissions of children's art. Artsonia encourages teachers to upload artwork and set up a school gallery. Teachers can also set up fundraisers by selling custom kid's art products. Global Children's Art Gallery
Nicely formatted, child-friendly site run by the Natural Child Project. Picture information includes title, medium, first name, last initial, age, state and country. The gallery currently holds over 1,000 pictures and has recently temporarily closed for submissions - but expects to reopen soon. Artwork is donated to the charity and can be made into a variety of products (postcard, mugs, etc.) and sold to benefit the charity. Kids' Art
An eye-pleasing virtual gallery of kid's art! Children of all ages can submit artwork in all mediums. There are hundreds of images in the gallery. Residents of the United Kingdom can win prizes (artwork is judged by art education professionals). Artwork can be sent via email in gif or jpg format. Privacy is protected. Teachers (and parents) can submit children's artwork to this site suitable for pre-school and early elementary students. Artwork is categorized into the following areas: abstract, animals, fantasy, people, scenery, science, theme, hall or classwork. Teachers fill out an online form and then wait to receive a password and ftp access information. Teachers can involve students in the uploading process. The entire site is very kid-friendly. Papa Ink! Children's art archive
This non-profit site encourages art educators to set up a school archiving area in an effort promote the arts in education worldwide. Work can be submitted via email or original artwork can be sent to the company for free scanning. Thumbnails of artwork can be enlarged and there are areas for copy and comments. Inspiring!
