I teach third grade math and ILA (Integrated Language Arts). One of my math classes is learning fourth grade curriculum. These sites are third and fourth grade level in a variety of skills, as noted.
ILA Skills:

Skills include main idea, cause and effect, sequencing, summarizing, figurative language, inferencing, and fact and opinion. This page tells if the activity is fill in the blank, multiple choice, or another mode of answering.

This is a link from the above link that leads to a third grade activity on figurative language. Students must read a short passage containing an idiom and mark the correct choice for the meaning of the idiom.

This link provides a worksheet generator that allows the user to create worksheets where you convert decimals to fractions or vice versa. The difficulty level is easy to manage with the various options on the worksheet generator.
