Barry’s Clipart Server – This site also divides the clipart up into categories and displays the number of items each category contains. You can search this site by category or you may type in what you are looking for. This has great holiday clipart but there is a small cost to access it. Here I found the categories and clipart were very different from other sites. (Visited - 2/21/04)

AAA Clipart  - This site has been around for five years. The clipart here is organized by categories. You can choose a general category and then it takes you to another page where you identify specifically items you would like to look at. It also shows how many images are in each subcategory. In this site some of the thousands of clipart images are done completely in black and white. (Visited - 2/22/04)

Free Images – This site is so neat if you want to use real pictures as clipart. It would be great to use if you are teaching a topic that really would not fit well with cutsie pictures. Here you can use pictures of real items. The site is easy to use because it is divided into categories and subcategories.  (Visited - 2/22/04)

Free Foto – Here you will find an easy to navigate site with wonderful pictures that double as sophisticated clipart. The site is divided into categories such as transportation, nature, Europe, and USA to name a few. Under each section the sub sections are clearly visible so you can see without clicking if there is anything you are interested in. I think this is a great way to add clipart without making your paper to babyish.

Clip-art – Wow! here are 43 categories of clipart. Almost all of the categories contain more than 40 images. To make searching for the image you want less difficult they are divided into subcategories sometimes more than one. The items here start out bigger than on many other sites allowing you to make them bigger without distorting them as much. This site contains unique images. Some of the clipart is done in black and white, which can also be useful if you want students to color it. (Visited – 2/22/04)
