A mini-lesson for 3rd Grade Social Studies Unit

 

This lesson is designed to help you become a little more familiar with the state and country in which you live. Print a copy of the questions and then click on the map of the United States for an interactive guide that will aid you in identifying the various states, their respective capitals, as well as certain other geographic features. Please put your answers on a separate piece of paper.

1) Find the State of Maryland. What is its capital?
