A Study of the Civil Rights Movement

Introduction
Martin Luther King Jr., a foremost figure of the Civil Rights Movement, struggled for the equality of citizens of all races under the law. He fought to combat racial barriers while putting his own life on the line, in order to alter the conditions that exist in America. In this exercise we will study Dr. King’s famous speech, his life during the Civil Rights Movement, and some landmark events in Civil Rights History.
