Teach Using Technology as a Tool – This site contains ideas to integrate technology, including the internet and other tools, into lessons. As teachers try to prepare students for the technological world we live in and try to fulfill the wishes of administration, technology in the classroom becomes more and more important. This site contains a large collection of lessons in the categories of mathematics, language arts, science, social studies, and the fine arts. The title index divides the lessons into elementary, middle, and high school and there is also a search option.

ProTeacher Busy Board – Grade 3 – This site is a bulletin board for third grade teachers. Third grade teachers have posted questions and problems and other third grade teachers have responded. There are some great ideas and lessons for third graders needs that any third grade teacher could use. This included maps, educational games, books for third graders, Haiku poetry, fractions, landforms, perimeter, and writing prompts. Each of these really stood out to me because they are things I must deal with for my class. I can also return some aid to other teachers at this site by sharing my ideas.
