Fruit appears at the bottom and top of the
screen. The player must move the bar
and place the fruit in rows of three in order to make the fruit disappear. This game can become addictive!! I played it for over an hour before forcing
myself to stop! There is no educational
value, yet it is fun. Any age could
enjoy it.

In Bounce you must move three balls in a row to
erase them, but dynamite is lit, so you are on a time limit. I played this game for about 30
minutes. The only reason I kept playing
is to attempt to figure out exactly how to move the balls. You can only switch balls with a connecting
ball somewhat confusing. Its free,
but takes some practice.

In this game, a screen full of letters
appears. The player must connect adjoining
letters to form words consisting of at least three letters. You earn points for each word. Obviously longer words earn more
points. I enjoyed this game and easily
understood the directions. I played it
for a while partially for pleasure, but more so to get experience, so my
students can enjoy it. It could
definitely be used in an English classroom.

Book Worm make words with connecting letters.
This trivia game quizzes players on a plethora of
subjects. I was asked about everything
from science to state capitals to The
Brady Bunch. The questions are
presented in multiple choice formats and the player strikes the desired letter
on the keyboard. An incorrect response
results in a sarcastic cut down, while a correct response results in a humorous
remark. It is enjoyable, addictive,
educational, and comical. This is a
great game that I spent way too much time playing.

I
am now a proud owner of Snood! It took
a few tries to grasp the concept, but I caught on easily. You simply aim your shooter with your mouse
and click to shoot the shape. Match 3
similar shapes and a row disappears.
The top of screen slowly closes in on you, so you must clear the board
quickly. There are different levels
ranging from puzzle to easy to journey.
All ages enjoy this game. I
became so addicted that I used up all of the free games and had to purchase
Snood. For a mere $15 I now have Snood
downloaded permanently on my computer.
