Density

As
we begin looking at the concept of density we will go through an interactive
Internet investigation. Go to the interactive
density site (URL http://ippex.pppl.gov/interactive/matter/density.html)
and read about density by going through the interactive site using the arrow
button in the lower right corner that looks like this:
Answer the following
questions before performing the interactive lab.
Once in the lab complete the
following chart. Make sure that the
density of water is set on 1.0 g/cc for the liquid in the pail. Measure the volume by placing items in the
graduated cylinder. Measure the mass of
objects by placing them on the balance.
