given format.

children.
Introduction- More and more people are getting back to cooking
meals at home and experimenting with new ingredients and spices. Imagine never
having to buy another cookbook again, all the recipes you ever wanted were
right at your fingertips. Depending on
whether you like southern cooking, home-style cooking, Pan Asian or all
organic, knowing where to look on the web is important to be able to find the
recipes or instructions you need to make the best dish possible. With the
introduction of the Food Channel, food competitions, and a more selective
universal palate, knowing how to select the best food resource to make the best
tasting food is imperative.

Activity-
Research the cooking websites listed below. Browse through their different
recipes and compare the different sites for an availability of various recipes.
Determine which sites offer the most variety of recipes and supportive features
for you culinary exploration. When browsing through the sites, see which ones
are more user friendly and which ones offer more than just recipes, maybe
cooking vacations, culinary lessons, etc. As you are browsing and comparing,
use the following criteria to guide you in your research. Are the recipes
easily accessible? Do the recipes have ingredients that are easily found in
your local grocery store? Are the recipes easy to print or email? Does the site offer menus for different
occasions? Your assignment will be to create
a list of the best cooking sites for working moms or dads to use when planning
their weekly dinners for the family.
