Because OTA 226 is the last of your coursework, it is of utmost importance that you have a thorough understanding of the procedures required to obtain your temporary license. This is an aspect that many graduating students struggle with, and as a result, we have designed this activity. 1. Print the application instructions, applicant’s checklist and the license procedure pamphlet.

2. Complete the application and checklist as able based on requirements completed.

3. Place items in a folder to be filed until completion of your fieldworks.

4. Bring folder to class for instructor check-off.
