research and identify online graphic organizers that are suitable for the
grade level taught. Students will
develop a lesson plan that demonstrates effective use of graphic organizers
at the grade level taught. |

Introduction |
Graphic
organizers are great tools that assist in identifying key points while
conducting research or gathering ideas for a writing project. Students benefit from learning to use a
variety of graphic organizers. The ultimate goal should be for them to select
an appropriate graphic organizer to achieve the desired outcome to complete the
assigned task. |

Conduct a web
search of online graphic organizers that are appropriate for the grade level
taught. |

1. Review the
links below and conduct a more extensice web
search. Make an annotated bibliography
of the 5 top graphic organizer websites appropriate for your grade level that
will assist you and your students gather information for research or writing
activities. Insert a hyperlink to each

- a list of links to collections of graphic organizers 2. Make a list of 5 instructional uses of
