Schuler’s Super Stars is the website of a fourth grade teacher in Orlando Florida. It is meant to be a tool to communicate with parent and students general information about schedules, tests, assignments and is linked to useful sites for student to access.   http://www.schuler4mbe.com

Commendations:

o       Easy to follow links that provide information to both students and parents

o       Assignments, spelling vocabulary and other instructional materials are clearly posted and easy to access

o       I really liked the FAQ link.  It avoids parents to have to call if they forget something that is already answered.

Recommendations:

o       The yellow font against the twinkling dark starry night makes it difficult for the text to be read.

o       The music matches the theme of her website; however, there is no link to turn it off if you desire.

o       The organization of the links could be improved by clustering subject related links closer together.

The Pulaski Intermediate School Library page provides students a range of information about the operations and services that the library has available to them.  It links students and teachers to resources to support the instructional program.  http://www.christina.k12.de.us/pulaski/library/

Commendations:

o       Well organized and easy to use

o       Highlight authors of interest

o       It can be translate into Spanish

Recommendations:

o       The Spanish translation is not accurate and correct

o       Half of the page is empty to the right.  Instead of making it long and narrow, try wide and shorter.

o       Make the font larger to make in easier to read.
