ASSIGNMENT:        Prepare a debate in favor of or against this legislation.  You can argue as a teacher, student, or parent.  Make sure to include how NCLB will directly affect teachers, students, and parents.  Determine what grade levels you are targeting (if any) and discuss how current educators and those who have yet to be certified will be affected by these measures.
