Nobody can live without a heart, so it is very
important to keep your heart healthy so it will last many years. In this
activity, you will view a website and learn about the importance of the heart,
how it works, and how to keep it healthy and working great for a long time.

tasks listed below.
1. Calculate your BMI, body mass index (found on the right side of the webpage). Explain how your BMI can affect your risk of heart disease and stroke.
