Worksheet Websites: An Aide to Teachers
Grade 1 All Subjects
This site
provides many free printable worksheets on math, reading, spelling, holidays, and
puzzles. It also contains teacher helper worksheets and daily news postings
related to the site.
This site gives teachers plenty of topics to choose from including, reading, research reports, science, flash cards, clip art, themed units, seasonal/holiday, and learning centers. If that is too much to look through, this site also provides Pre-K to Early Childhood and Middle/Junior High categories to choose from.
This site does not separate topics into grade level, but any teacher can still find what he/she needs. Teachers can search by subject matter, month, certificates, or they can create their own worksheets.
This link connects directly to the Grades K-2 leveled area of the site. Search for social studies, math, language arts, health, science, games, computers and family involvement lesson plans. After finding a lesson, click on the free pintables to find worksheets to match the lessons.
This site is for our lower-leveled readers. It is filled with alphabet and word formation worksheets. There are a few Blackline Masters that can be printed out for reading purposes. It also contains number writing worksheets.
This site is made for grades K-6, so teachers will have to search by subject area. These areas include reading, language arts, writing, math, management and organization, graphic organizers and even Spanish. Once you find the subject you want, the link takes you to sub categories related to that subject. It is filled with worksheets!
As long as you have Adobe downloaded on your computer, you will have several worksheets available to you at a click of a button. In the basic gallery, teachers will find alphabet writing papers, calendar, time, senses, coins and measurement worksheets. There is a themed section with insects, dinosaurs, ocean animals, and zoo animals. You must be a member to receive more worksheets than what is provided in the samples.
Separated by grade, teachers can choose all topics or break it down into choosing reading, writing, math, science, social studies, games, or coloring subjects. Colorful pages make fun worksheets for students to use.
This is an excellent website for teachers to use if they want to customize their own worksheet. The site provides teachers with colorful pictures to choose from and many worksheets to create. Teachers can create Bingo games, writing paper, board games, word searches, dice, puzzles, mazes, spelling/reading worksheets, etc.
This site provides teachers with
various worksheets regarding various subjects. Worksheets are grouped
alphabetically, so teachers will have to know the topic they want for their
worksheet (it is not grouped by subject).
