SOME GREAT WEBQUESTS

A lot of great Webquests have been done. Here are some of my favorites:

“Do We” Really Know Dewey? The best webquest for teaching the Dewey decimal system was created by a group of sixth graders

Author Study – designed for grade five, using multiple intelligences (but can be easily modified for other grades) 

Author Cards – just like basball cards, but for authors (upper elementary)

A Stitch in Time - Learn about Amish, African and Native American cultures and create a quilt that combines the three. (Fourth grade)

Butterfly Family Reunion - Expert groups find information, prepare projects using that information, and come together at the Butterfly Family Reunion
