After you have thoroughly searched this site you must complete the mission.

    Over the last few years commemorative quarters have been created for each state (or will have one in the next couple of years).  These quarters represent what is valued about each of the states.  Even though the new Pennsylvania quarter has been released in 1999, your mission is to design a quarter that you feel will represent the most important valued aspects of Pennsylvania.  It MUST be different from the quarter that already exists!


    Procedure        

• First you must decide what to place on the quarter.

• Next, you must design your quarter.  (See me when you are ready to design your quarter.  I have a template for you to use).

• Finally you must support your decisions by writing a well thought out, organized one page paper to explain your reasoning (I have special paper for you to write your final draft on).
