and Assessment - This website is an interactive online assessment that
students
can work on independently, it covers Math and Reading.. Students login
using
their name and select their state. The problems and questions are based
on
standards in your state. Once students have completed and assessment
they
are given a total score in percentages, a breakdown of percentage
scores
in each area ( measurements, number operations, additon), review
incorrect
answers and they can click and go back to work on problem areas.
Different
questions are given each time the student logs on. Great assessment
tool for

Kidspiration
Downloads - This is a great website for teachers and student!. This
site
is geared toward the primary grades. Teachers can download the
templates onto
a computer and have students work idendently or collaborately at a
center.
Caution: you must have Kidspiration software already installed your
your computer.

website is a cite that teachers can use to organize bookmarks for
students.
Links can be organized by topic, classroom or individual students.
Students
can access the website from home, school or anywhere they have

access. The teacher just needs to setup a login and password. I would
recommend
this site for grades 3 and up, simply because of password issues
The
advantage is that teachers can add links while at home or at their
leisure.
There are emoticons to let students know what's: hot, new and a must
see.
