Introduction:  We learned that there were so many causes to the Revolutionary War.  From the French and Indian War to the Intolerable Acts.  As we briefly discussed each, we learned that the colonist’s anger grew with each new rule that Parliament passed.  We will further our knowledge of the impact that each rule/act had on the colonists, and the one that angered them the most.

Activity:  You will identify all new rules that were put on the colonists by the British Government (what angered the colonists) and how each one built up to the Revolutionary War.

Assignment:  In order to complete this assignment, you need to view the website that discusses the causes of the war.  As you read to be informed about these causes, you need to complete the graphic organizer.  Once you complete the graphic organizer, discuss with your group members the events that you found, and the one that you believe that angered the colonists the most.  To finish the assignment, answer the question at the bottom of the graphic organizer.  Please be prepared to share with the class.
