Matsunaga Movers

Introduction

You and your partner work for the very prestigious real-estate company, the Matsunaga Movers.  Your newest clients are moving from the west coast and need to know about our area so they can decide where they want to live.  The family is a mom, a dad, and two kids, ages 7 and 10.

The Task

Your team needs to put together information on the three types of communities in our area, urban, rural, and suburban.  Be sure to find out about recreational areas, commercial areas, and residential areas available in each.  You then need to prepare a Power Point presentation to show your clients what their options are.

Process

1.  Either print out the “Data Sheet” or save it as a Word document so you can type on it.

2.  Use the Resources Section to get the information needed.

3.  Once you have completed the entire Data Sheet, you and your partner need to have a meeting with your teacher.

4.  After the conference, decide which three of these communities you think your clients may like to live in and prepare a Power Point presentation on them.
