- 10:30 am Called Sprint and opened case ticket with them.
- 10:00 am Testing equipment to determine if the problem is local. It
appears to be off campus.

Approximately at 9pm McDaniel
College's connection to the Internet stopped sending and receiving
8:35am: No Change in status Thursday, February 10th, 2005
9:10am: No Change in status Wednesday, February 9th, 2005
9:20am: No Change in status Tuesday, February 8th, 2005
9:45am: Full service restored on a temporary circuit. Repair to the permanent
circuit expected in a few days. (Changeover to permanent circuit will result
in momentary interruption of service.)
Monday, February 7th, 2005
- 6:15pm: Sprint restored limited connectivity. Some access is available.
(Please use the network responsibly this evening.)
- 1:00pm: Sprint has located the problem and is working to restore service.
They are currently unable to estimate how long this will take.
- 10:00am: Sprint escalated the ticket and will be looking for ways
to re-route our connection.
- 9:40am: Sprint called to notify us that engineers are working on our
ticket.
- 9:00am: Called Sprint and opened case ticket with them.
- 8:30am: Testing equipment to determine if the problem is local. It
appears to be off campus.
- Sometime between 1:15 and 1:30am this morning (Monday, Feb 7th 2005),
McDaniel College's connection to the Internet stopped sending and receiving.
