The EPE Department is seeking a full-time, tenure track position at the rank of assistant professor. The individual hired for this position will have expertise in strength and conditioning, fitness assessment, and exercise physiology and teach courses related to strength and conditioning, fitness, and exercise physiology, (Principles of Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Testing & Prescription, Exercise Physiology, Muscular Aspects of Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, or other courses in their area of specialization) in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. Applicants must be willing to participate in the Collegeís First Year Seminar and other general education programs. Though a PhD is preferred candidates must be ABD to be considered for this position. Certification in strength and conditioning, clinical exercise physiology, or a related field is required. The individual hired will be an excellent teacher, remain active in their scholarly discipline, advise undergraduates, and serve on campus committees.
