Basic Political Science Major- 42 Hours

The curriculum in political science is directed toward an understanding of national and international governmental studies with particular emphasis on preparing students for graduate school, the study of law, and responsibilities in politics, administration, education, and public organizations.

Core Courses:

3/4 Courses from each of the following areas:

Students majoring in Political Science may choose to concentrate in either International Relations or American Government. Students will select four courses from the subject in which they concentrate and three from the other subject area.
