On October 3, 1990, Germany West and East united to become one single state, the Federal Republic of Germany. The local Chapter of the American Association of teachers of german (AATG) and the Department of Foreign Languages at Western Maryland College invite you, your students, and anyone who is interested to celebrate this year's German-American Day on Tuesday, October 10, 2000.

This year's German American Day will offer 20 various workshops on many aspects of German life and culture offered by WMC professors and advanced German students, high school teachers and others. The cost will be $12.00 per person which will cover program, lunch in our student cafeteria and a T-shirt.
