More questions than answers emerge from this work. One fact stands fairly clearly; the introduction of several demand side variables into the CK data does not alter their basic finding. But the demand side variables correlate too poorly with the CK data for one to be satisfied with the results, particularly given the questions about the quality of the CK data raised by others. It was hoped that the demand side variables developed here would perform well in combination with the NW data, but they did not collect 5 digit zip codes in their survey.
