The following pages provide those who live in CC not only information on environmental health and resource issues, but also hints on how to keep our families and landscape in good shape.

The pages were developed by the students of WMC's Environmental Health course as a means of sharing with others in the community

  • their valid concerns about the environment that we live in, and
  • techniques which we can use to improve our living conditions

Materials presented come from interviews with CC Environmental Health & Soil Conservation staff as well as information gleaned from other web sites, research journals and books. Each topic provides general background, as well as information specific to CC where available and links to still more comprehensive sites.

These pages will be updated periodically to keep abreast of new issues and to expand the topic offerings covered. Please feel free to ask questions or provide suggestions for page improvement. We're interested in hearing from you! ( eiglich@ns1.wmc. car.md.us).
